Overview All products sold on our store are instant digital downloads (including digital music audio in WAV format 44.1 kHz / 24-bit or 16-bit, video files, and digital ebooks in EPUB format).
Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded.
14-Day Expiration: Your digital download links will remain active for 14 days from the date and time of purchase. After 14 days, all download links will expire automatically and cannot be accessed.
Download Attempts: Each purchase entitles you to 1 single download attempt per file link. Depending on the product you purchased, your package will contain:
Album Purchases: 1 download link for the Full Album audio files (WAV format) + 1 download link for the EPUB booklet (lyrics and stories).
Single Track Purchases: 1 download link for the Single track audio file (WAV format) + 1 download link for the EPUB booklet (lyrics and story).
Limit Enforcement: Once you click a download link and initiate the file transfer, that link’s 1-time download limit is consumed.
File Storage Responsibility: Ensure you download your files to a computer or device with sufficient storage space and back them up immediately to a secure cloud or external hard drive.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions:
You submit your refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The server delivery logs confirm that you have not initiated or completed the download of any files from your order.
If our system shows that the files have already been downloaded, we cannot issue a full or partial refund under any circumstances.
We issue file replacements if a digital download is verified to be defective, incomplete, or corrupted (e.g., a damaged WAV audio stream, unplayable video file, or broken EPUB file).
If you encounter technical issues with your purchase:

Include your order number, the exact file name, and details or screenshots of the issue.
Once we confirm the defect, we will issue a replacement link for the same product at no extra charge.
Only regular-priced digital items may be evaluated for a refund (provided they have not been downloaded). Sale or promotional items are strictly final sale and cannot be refunded.
