Scope of Products: Joe Lington Store sells digital downloadable goods, including high-resolution audio files (WAV format, 44.1 kHz / 16-bit or 24-bit for Singles and Full Albums), digital video files, and digital ebooks in EPUB format (containing song lyrics, stories, and artwork).
Personal License Only: All digital downloads purchased from Joe Lington Store are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, redistributing, leasing, or broadcasting any audio, video, or EPUB files.
Uploading files to peer-to-peer networks, file-sharing sites, or public torrent networks.
Claiming ownership, copyright, or authorship of any music, lyrics, images, or text content.
Creating derivative works or using the audio for commercial sync (e.g., in film, television, advertisements, or public performances) without obtaining an explicit commercial synchronization license directly from us.
All prices listed on www.joelington.com are subject to change without notice.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your billing address and geographical location in accordance with digital services tax regulations.
Payment must be received in full prior to the release of download permissions.
Instant Electronic Delivery: Upon successful payment, download links will be generated on your order confirmation page and sent via email.
Download Expiration (14 Days): All digital download links remain active for 14 days from the exact time of purchase. Links automatically expire after 14 days and will no longer be accessible.
Download Attempt Limit: Each link grants 1 single download attempt per file. Depending on the item purchased, you will receive:
Album Purchases: 1 download link for the Full Album audio files (WAV) + 1 download link for the EPUB booklet.
Single Track Purchases: 1 download link for the Single audio file (WAV) + 1 download link for the EPUB booklet.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and internet connection are capable of downloading large audio, video, and EPUB files. You must store and back up your downloaded files safely on a local device or secure cloud storage. Joe Lington Store is under no obligation to re-send files lost due to hardware failure or failure to download within the 14-day window.
Because our digital goods (WAV audio, video, and EPUB files) are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once accessed:
No Refunds Post-Download: All sales are final and non-refundable once any download link from the order has been initiated or completed.
Pre-Download Refund Requests: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if server logs confirm that zero download attempts were made for any file in the order.
Defective Files: If a downloaded file is verified to be corrupted or defective (e.g., audio dropouts or unreadable EPUB rendering), contact technical support at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Confirmed defective files will be granted a replacement link at no extra charge.
All content on www.joelington.com—including music tracks, lyrics, artwork, text, EPUB stories, videos, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Joe Lington Store and its rights holders, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Joe Lington Store provides digital files “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Joe Lington Store, its directors, officers, or creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to download, play, or access files due to device incompatibility, software limitations, or network failures.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
